Coverage Banking Graduate Programme 2027 


Join our Coverage Banking team and help build and deepen relationships with some of the world’s leading corporates, financial institutions, investors and public sector clients. As the client-facing arm of the Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) franchise, Coverage Banking sits at the centre of our client relationships, bringing together product expertise, sector insights and market connectivity to deliver holistic banking solutions.


With a unique footprint across Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Europe and the Americas, you’ll gain exposure to global clients, cross-border transactions and strategic conversations that shape industries, economies and communities. Where you could work 


You’ll be placed into one of the following teams, working as an Associate Coverage Banker supporting senior bankers in managing client relationships, coordinating deal execution and identifying opportunities across the Bank’s network. 


•  Corporate Coverage: Partner with multinational corporations, large local corporates and mid-market clients across a broad range of industries. You’ll help deliver banking solutions spanning financing, cash management, trade, capital markets and strategic advisory services, while supporting relationship teams in driving client growth and franchise deepening. 


•  Financial Institutions Coverage: Support relationships with banks, insurance companies, asset managers, sovereign entities, public sector organisations and other financial institutions. You’ll gain exposure to complex client needs across financing, risk management, transaction banking, securities services and investment solutions.

Eligibility    


To be eligible for this graduate programme, you need to be in your final year of study and graduating by July 2027.  You must also have the permanent legal right to work in the country you’re applying to.
