Key Responsibilities
- Public Sector RM으로써 정부기관 고객들과의 거래 확대 및 신규 상품 판매
- 고객의 동향 분석 및 보고
- Business Opportunity를 찾기 위한 고객 방문 및 우호적 관계 유지(필요시 상품 담당자 동행)
- 고객과 거래를 위한 ISDA/CSA/GMSLA/GMLA 등에 대한 문서 작업을 진행
- 정부기관 GAM으로써 Product partners, 법무팀, 지원팀 등 유관부서와의 원활한 커뮤니케이션 및 협업
- 각종 리스크 관리 및 법규, 그룹정책/규정 준수
Skills and Experience
- 정부기관과의 Relationship 있는자 우대
- 영어 능력 우수자 우대 (영어BCA, 이메일, 컨퍼런스콜)
- 원만한 대인 관계 및 원활한 커뮤니케이션 소유자
Qualifications
- 탁월한 영업전략 수립/관리 능력 및 조직 이해/관리 능력을 갖춘 자
- 정부 기관들과의 거래 및 관계 유지를 위한 뛰어난 커뮤니케이션 능력을 보유하고 고객 중심의 빠른 업무 처리 능력과 원만한 대인관계 보유자
- 거액 익스포저 등 리밋 관리에 능력을 갖춘 자
- 영문 이메일, BCA, 콜 및 능숙한 대/내외 커뮤니케이션 능력 보유자
- 전반적인 은행 업무에 대한 지식 및 스킬 소유자
- 기본적인 신용분석/리스크 관리 능력과 이를 기반한 마케팅 능력 보유자
