Key Responsibilities
- 국내외 주요 기업, 금융기관 및 투자자들 대상으로 Banking비지니스 기회를 발굴하고 고객관계를 구축, 관리
- 인수금융, 부동산금융, 구조화금융 등 다양한 형태의 Corporate Finance 거래의 origination 및 execution 주도
- 고객의 전략적 니즈를 파악하여 자금조달, 인수합병, 사업재편 및 기타 기업금융 관련 솔루션 제안
- Junior banker들에 대한 업무 지도 및 멘토링
Skills and Experience
- 국내외 투자은행, 신용평가사, 회계법인, 외국계 금융기관 근무 경험 보유자
- CPA, CFA 등 자격증 소지자
Qualifications
- 투자은행, 증권사 등 관련 분야 경력 10년 이상
- Leverage Finance, Structured Finance, M&A, Deal advisory 등 분야에서 deal origination 및 execution 경험자
- 커뮤니케이션 능력: 영어/한국어 커뮤니케이션이 가능하며 부서별, 직원 간의 원활한 소통 능력
- 다양한 업무를 적정한 시간내에 효과적으로 처리할 수 있는 업무 해결 능력
- 새로운 환경 및 업무에 빠르게 적응할 수 있는 적응 능력
