Key Responsibilities

• 기존 고객 (Bank, PSDO, Broker Dealers)과의 거래를 확대하고 고객에게 적합한 신규 상품을 세일즈합니다.
• 고객과의 문서작업 (ISDA/CSA/GMRA/GMSLA 등)을 진행합니다
• 고객의 동향을 분석하고 보고합니다.
• Global Account Manager (GAM), Field Account Manager (FAM), Regional Account Manager (RAM)와 협력, 소통해 고객에서 SCB의 네트워크에서 서비스를 제공합니다.
• 포트폴리오를 적정하게 관리, 유지하기 위해 고객의 신용상태를 긴밀히 모니터링합니다.
• 세일즈 기회를 모색하기 위해 고객사 방문 등의 관계 강화를 위한 활동을 수행합니다.
• 각종 리스크를 관리하고 관련 법규, 그룹 정책 및 규정을 준수합니다.
• 자금 세탁 방지를 위한 고객 확인 의무를 준수합니다.
• 은행의 브랜드, 문화, 규범 등을 준수합니다.

Skills and Experience

• 탁월한 영업전략 수립/관리 능력 및 조직 이해/관리 능력을 보유하신 분
• ISDA/CSA/GMSLA/GMLA 등 문서에 대한 legal documentation 진행에 원활한 능력을 보유하신 분
• 마케팅 중심의 사고방식을 갖추고 신규 업체 개척이 가능하신 분
• 신용 분석 및 리스크 관리 능력을 보유하신 분
• 고객 수요에 신속하고 정확하게 솔루션을 제공할 수 있는 능력을 보유하신 분
• 영어에 능숙하고 금융기업고객에 대한 영업 경험을 보유하신 분

Qualifications

• 현재 기준 학사 이상 졸업 (완료) 자
• RM, Coverage, Sales 경험자
• 뱅킹 경력 10년 이상 또는 그에 준하는 적정한 스킬 및 지식 보유자
• 글로벌 환경에서의 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력을 보유한 자
• 금융기업고객, 특히 은행이나 증권사 고객에 대한 영업 경험을 보유하신 분
• 새로운 환경 및 업무에 빠르게 적응할 수 있는 적응 능력
