Key Responsibilities

  • 구조화된 무역금융/단기대출 솔루션에 대한 상품 및 영업전략 수립
  • CCIB의 고객에 대해서 TB Sales RM이 이러한 솔루션에 대해 Deal Origination을 할 수 있도록 해당 솔루션 제안 및 발굴
  • TB Sales RM에게 그룹 및 당행의 구조화된 Best Practice 공유
  • TB Sales RM이 발굴한 비지니스 기회를 발전시키고 고객니즈에 부합한 구조화된 솔루션을 제시
  • 제안된 솔루션에 대해 그룹 및 국내 risk팀에게 구조와 리스크를 전달하여 승인 프로세스 진행
  • 본 솔루션에 대한 영업목표를 관련 세일즈와 협력하여 달성

Skills and Experience

  • Transaction Banking 팀 내 업무 경력자 우대
  • 영어 능력 우수자 우대 (이메일, 컨퍼런스콜)
  • 원만한 대인 관계 및 원활한 커뮤니케이션 소유자
  • 고객 Credit 분석 스킬 소유자 – e.g. CCRMC

Qualifications

  • 무역금융이나 기타 은행의 파이낸싱 상품에 대한 해박한 지식
  • 고객의 요구사항에 대하여 관련 구조화된 솔루션을 도출해 낼 수 있는 창의력 및 다양한 은행상품 지식
  • 관련 은행 근무 경력 15년 이상
  • TB Trade Product Sales, RM 및 기타 유관부서와 사안에 대해 퍼실리테이션을 할 수 있는 능력
  • Risk관련한 이해와 지식 보유
  • 본 솔루션에 대한 credit 메모 작성 및 심사부서에 해당 솔루션에 대한 설명 및 승인 프로세스 진행  
  • 고객에게 당행의 솔루션을 잘 설명할 수 있는 프리젠테이션 능력
  • 영어 커뮤니케이션에 능통
