Key Responsibilities

  • 기업금융 고객에게 SCB의 기업금융 채널 상품을 제공하고 지속적으로 사용할 수 있도록 다양한 서비스를 제공
  • 채널 상품을 개발하고 발전시키기 위해 한국 및 SCB Group 이해 관계자들과 파트너십을 지속적으로 구축
  • 채널 상품 및 대 고객 서비스 관련하여 기업금융그룹 내 이해 관계자들과 소통 및 relationship 구축
  • 그룹 시스템 도입 지원 및 새로운 채널관련 비즈니스 케이스 창출
  • 현재 및 미래 채널 상품경쟁력 확보
  • 채널관련 규제에 대한 모니터링 및 적절한 대응방안 수립
  • People leader로서 팀 구성원 원들의 업무 지원 및 성장 지원 

Skills and Experience

  • Transaction Banking 상품 개발/운영/관리 실무 경력자 우대
  • 은행의 전반적이 시스템을 포함한 IT관련 업무 지식 보유자 우대
  • 소매 금융 포함 대 고객 채널 서비스 관련 업무 경력자 우대
  • SCB Group과 업무 communication 유경험자 우대

Qualifications

  • 영어 커뮤니케이션을 포함한 능숙한 대/내외 커뮤니케이션 능력 보유자
  • 대 고객 채널 서비스 운영을 위한 채널 상품에 대한 기본적인 업무지식 보유자 
  • Transaction Banking업무를 포함한 기업 여신/수신 상품에 대한 기본 업무 지식 보유자
  • People leader로서 배하직원 관리를 위한 기본적인 소양 보유자  
  • CIB내 Stakeholder와 효과적인 업무 관계를 유지하기 위해 필요한 소통 능력, 판단력과 문제해결 능력 보유자
  • 전반적인 은행 업무에 대한 지식 및 스킬 소유자
  • 빠른 업무 처리 능력과 원만한 대인관계 보유자
