Key Responsibilities

• Valuation analysis (comparable companies, precedent transactions, DCF, etc.)
• Preparation of pitchbooks and other marketing materials for client presentations
• Assisting in transaction execution, including preparing marketing materials and conducting due diligence
• Research & collation of macroeconomic, industry and company specific informatio
• Carrying out other day-to-day activities

Skills and Experience

• Experience in financial modeling
• Knowledge in finance and accounti
• Fluency in Korean and English

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of M&A experience, preferably at a global investment bank.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and market research tools such as Thomson and Bloomberg
