Key Responsibilities
- 내부감사 부서 내 Technology Audit 및 Data Analytics (DA)팀 총괄 관리
- IT 인프라, 사이버 보안, 디지털 뱅킹 및 AI 등 핵심 기술 영역에 대한 리스크 평가 및 감사 시행
- 데이터 기반 감사 전략 수립, 시나리오 설계 및 적용
- 그룹 감사 조직과의 전략적 협업 및 국내외 규제 요구사항 준수 관리
- IT 감사인 및 데이터 분석 인력에 대한 코칭과 전문성 제고
Skills and Experience
- 리스크 기반의 데이터 분석 시나리오 설계 및 실제 감사 적용 성공 사례 보유
- SQL, Python 등 데이터 분석 도구와 Tableau, ACL 등 감사/시각화 솔루션 활용 능력
- 비즈니스 리스크 관점에서 감사 접근 방식을 설계할 수 있는 역량
- 데이터 기반 감사 및 Tech 감사 고도화를 조직 내에 정착시킬 수 있는 실행력
- 다양한 현업 부서 및 이해관계자와 효과적으로 협업하고 커뮤니케이션하는 능력
Qualifications
- IT, 데이터 분석, 금융 등 관련 전공 학사 이상
- 금융권 IT 감사, Technology and Cyber Security Risk, Data Analytics 관련 분야 경력 10년 이상
- 감사 또는 리스크 관리 조직에서의 팀 리딩(매니징) 경험
- 은행 업무 프로세스, 시스템 및 IT 통제 체계에 대한 높은 이해
- 그룹 이해관계자와의 원활한 업무 협의 및 리포팅이 가능한 상급 영어 능력
- CISA, CIA 등 관련 전문 자격증 보유자 우대
