Key Responsibilities

1. 무역금융 및 운전자금 (Trade & Working Capital) 상품의 관리 업무를 수행합니다.
   - 해당 상품 관련 내규(상품정의서, 준칙, 규정, 업무방법서 등)의 정비와 관리
   - 해당 상품 관련 시장, 고객, 산업, 경쟁자 분석과 판매 및 운영 전략의 수립, 성과 모니터링
   - 해당 상품의 리스크 통제 장치의 점검 및 관련 운영 프로세스의 관리 및 개선
   - 해당 상품 관련 약관 및 약정서의 관리
   - 신상품의 도입 및 출시와 관련한 계획 및 전산 개발의 이행
   -상품 운영을 위한 전체 프로세스에 대한 책임 및 관리와 개선

2. 무역금융 및 운전자금(Trade & Working Capital)의 상업화(Commercialization) 업무를 수행합니다.
   - TB Sales 및 Coverage 팀과의 협업 하에 TB 및 Trade 목표 달성을 위한 상업화
   - 고객 맞춤형 상품 구조화 업무 수행 및 세일즈 & 마케팅 계획 및 지원
   - 고객 행사 주관 및 피드백 분석
   - 고객 및 유관 부서 담당자 대상 상품 교육 실시
   - TB Sales 및 Coverage 팀과의 협업 하에 높은 수준의 고객 커뮤니케이션 관계 형성

3. 무역금융 및 운전자금(Trade & Working Capital) 상품의 재무성과(수익성) 분석 업무를 수행합니다.
   - 그룹 및 TB의 우선순위에 따른 재무제표 최적화 전략의 수행
   - 상품의 손익 분석과 가격정책(pricing)에 대한 전략 수립 및 이행
   - 상품의 위험가중자산(RWA)에 대한 관리 수행
   - 시장의 변화에 따른 고객, 산업, 상품별 pricing 전략의 수립 이행

Skills and Experience

1. Trade(무역금융) 상품 개발/운영/관리 실무 경력자 우대
2. 기업 여신 상품 개발/운영/관리 실무 경력자 우대
3. 외환실무 및 해외송금 실무 경력자 우대
4. 영어 소통 실무 경력자 우대
5. 문서 처리 능력(MS Word / Excel / PowerPoint 등) 필수

Qualifications

1. 영어 커뮤니케이션을 포함한 능숙한 대/내외 커뮤니케이션 능력 보유자
2. 기업 여신 상품 관리자로서의 소양을 갖춘 자
3. 효과적인 업무 관계를 유지하기 위해 필요한 판단력과 문제해결 능력 보유자
4. Conduct 등으로 징계받은 경험이 없고, 전반적인 은행 업무에 대한 지식 및 스킬 소유자
5. 빠른 업무 처리 능력과 원만한 대인관계 보유자
