Job Summary

高净值客群客户价值主张本地推广

  • 积极了解高净值客群管理部最新客户价值主张动向,熟悉掌握高净值客群客户现有权益。定期组织分支行团队开展关于权益内容的培训,促进所辖区域成员们了解最新的客户权益;在日常工作中作为客户价值主张本地推广大使(CVP Champion)可负责在第一线回复前线的疑问。
  • 在合规要求基础上,协同总部积极推动高净值客群部客户现有权益在当地的施行,宣传渠道包括但不限于实体物料、电子渠道物料等;协同总部在当地开展权益的上线和推广工作。
  • 权益发放过程中如遇客户咨询或投诉,积极反馈客户或联系权益提供方提供解决方案,保证客户权益的正常施行,避免潜在客户投诉升级。
  • Understand the latest Affluent customer value propositions and actively promote to local frontline staff. Regularly organize region/city level training on Affluent CVP to ensure frontline staff are familiar with the latest CVP and new initiatives from Affluent Segment
  • Assist Segment HO to actively promote the implementation of existing CVP and client privileges in the local area, including client campaigns, seasonal admissions, etc.;
  • Actively provide feedback/solutions to customers and avoid potential customer complaints escalating.

  • 基于对我行客户价值主张的深刻了解,善用渠道资源互换共融,有针对性地拓展及维护签约伙伴,打造高净值客群生态体系,为银行现有客户提供更多优质和高端的客户权益。
  • 了解当地市场动向,目标客户需求,竞争者动态等信息,挖掘能促进银行商业目标的潜在合作商机和市场信息,及时反馈至客群管理部。
  • 在总行 DOI 的框架指引下,做好合作伙伴的全流程管理工作,包括合作机构拓展、审批、尽职调查、定期走访维护等。
  • Leverage external channel resources to onboard and maintain corporate partnership eco-system, and improve customer experience and loyalty.
  • Understand local competitor movement and target customer needs, capture market information and potential opportunities to boost up local Affluent business, and provide timely feedback to Affluent Segment.
  • Ensure proper end-to-end management of partnership from onboarding, due diligence, regular review and maintenance in accordance with internal instructions and DOI.

客户活动管理

  • 积极遵守总部业务指导方针,及时制定所负责区域的全年客户活动计划,合理申请活动预算,确保活动主题性明确,符合总部要求,以促进银行有效传达客户价值主张、推进新客户的获取以及现有客户的关系深化。
  • 对负责区域内支行级别自主办理的小型客户活动提供指导与支持,确保其符合渣打银行市场营销活动标准,且合法合规地并有效地发起与执行各类市场活动以开发新的目标客户。
  • 按照微营销市场活动相关流程规定,负责每月微营销活动计划的制定/收集汇总、合作商洽谈及询价、预算申请与控制、花费报销、参与活动的客户名单收集整理等,并及时准确地录入系统完成分配。
  • Timely formulate the annual plan for client events for the responsible region/cities accordingly to business agenda. Effectively manage the marketing budget spending within the allocated amount.Ensure that the theme of the events is clear and meets the requirements of the Affluent Segment,In order to promote effective communication of Affluent CVP and support business growth on client acquisition and wealth penetration.
  • Provide guidance and support for micro/mini customer activities independently arranged at branch level. Ensure that they comply with Standard Chartered Bank’s marketing activity standards, and effectively initiate and execute various marketing activities to develop new qualified priority clients and drive wealth penetration.
  • Strictly adhere to the relevant internal policies and procedures. Responsible for the formulation of monthly event plan, negotiation with partners, budget application and control, expense reimbursement, collection of customer leads and timely input into system as required.
