Job Summary

•    Support the design and delivery of the target WM Client Journey in conjunction with the Head of Client Journey– focussed on boosting sales growth through frontline related initiatives

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy
•    Support the design and delivery of the target WM Client Journey in conjunction with the Head of Client Journey– focussed on boosting sales growth through frontline related initiatives
•    Design, drive and manage deliverables to ensure key OKR and ROI thresholds are effectively met.

Business
WM Leads development & management
•    Responsible for developing, managing and delivering effective sales initiatives and leads. Leverage data driven insights, propensity and sales experience to uplift sales OKRs
•    Ensure leads are delivered with well-planned end to end support process, scripts, and sales support tools 
•    Use of analytics and data mining to uncover untapped opportunities and/ or rebalancing opportunities
•    End to end development, cross-team alignment, co-ordination and fulfilment of leads
•    Develop and deliver frontline training to enable effectively roll out of leads

Driving sales growth 
•    Ensure client engagement initiatives, sales tools are designed in conjunction with Affluent and product teams, based on the business focuses required – e.g., leads, financial goals planner etc
•    In line with client journey roadmap, implement sales support strategies and insight driven sales tools.
•    Deliver initiatives / projects to uplift sales facing client journey initiatives
•    Drive the shape of book analysis to identify opportunities and concentration risks in the WM portfolio & drive improvement initiatives
•    Drive insight-led client journey initiatives to drive the business model towards an advisory driven business and foster sales growth through insight-led engagement
•    Drive robust adoption of the insight led propositions to achieve the target state wealth management experience
•    Develop and launch a client friendly financial planning tool for frontline and clients – supported by governance framework, process, and training
•    Design and manage reporting to ensure deliverables are effectively meeting KPI and OKRs
•    Set up mechanism to ensure frontline qualifications are regularly tracked and up to date
