Job Summary

  • Provide comprehensive support to the team in designing and refining sales analytics tools to streamline and enhance sales and performance measurement and calculation. Leverage these sophisticated sales performance analytics to gain insightful data that will inform and drive strategic business decisions, ultimately contributing to the WRB's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy*

  • Provide comprehensive support to the team in designing and refining sales analytics tools to streamline and enhance sales and performance measurement to enable accurate and timely sales incentive calculation and payout.
  • Actively support the team in collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure the seamless and flawless end-to-end implementation of the scorecard and incentive calculation, aligning with the Group or Country's required operational rhythm, ensuring that all activities are conducted in accordance with best practices and standards.

 

Business*

 

Scorecard & Sales Campaign Calculation

  • Work with the team to deliver solid simulation/ back-testing results to support SE team for scorecard design and changes of each quarter, support both local and group to deliver sales performance tracking report.
  • Support the team to design and implement an end-to-end solution on sales performance measurement to enable accurate and timely incentive payout working in partnership with related stakeholders.
  • Support the team to implement and evaluate of sales campaigns including calculation, data tracking and report delivery.
  • Provide comprehensive support to the team in designing and refining sales analytics tools to streamline and enhance sales and performance management processes.
  • Identify and where feasible, automate current performance-tracking methods and processes to minimize manual intervention to improve timeliness and quality of data delivered for business.

  • Support the team to collaborate with on sales performance analysis for Group, Regional and Country team to provide insights for business management.
  • Support the team to design/ enhance sales analytics to facilitate effective sales/ performance management.

  • Talent development & retention via engagement to reduce the staff attrition including the new hire (within 12 months) attrition; strengthen WRB bench strength & succession plan.

Skills and Experience

  • EDUCATION     Bachelor or Master degree in quantitative field such as Operation Research, Management Sciences, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics or Engineering 
  • LANGUAGES     Fluent in English reading, writing, and speaking.
