Key Responsibilities
Strategy
To develop, maintain and grow revenue streams for Bancassurance Product .

Business
1.Distribution Bancassurance Product Launch & Management
• Manage the full lifecycle of bancassurance distribution, including market research, product comparison, system integration, launch, and discontinuation, etc.
• Coordinate resources between banks and insurance companies to ensure products align with channel sales goals and customer needs.
2. Partner Insurance Institution Management
• Evaluate and select qualified insurance partners, lead contract negotiations and implementation.
• Conduct regular reviews of partners’ product offerings, service performance, and compliance to optimize collaboration and resource allocation.
3. Bancassurance Sales Strategy & Training Support
• Develop annual sales strategies and phased targets, adjust marketing activities and market promotions in response to market dynamics.
• Provide training support and share successful experiences with bank sales colleagues.
4. Bancassurance Sales System Development & Integration
• Lead requirement analysis, development, testing, and optimization of bancassurance sales systems, to automate processes and enhance data visibility.
• Coordinate with IT, insurers, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless system integration and resolve technical issues promptly.
5. Data Analysis & Business Optimization
• Monitor financial KPIs (premium income, commission, etc.) and sales, generate reports and propose actionable improvements.
• Drive product portfolio optimization and targeted marketing strategies through customer profiling and behaviours analysis.

• 主导银保销售系统的需求分析、开发测试及功能迭代,推动销售流程自动化与数据可视化。
• 协调IT、保险机构及第三方供应商,确保系统对接稳定高效,及时解决技术瓶颈。
5. 数据分析与业务优化
• 监控代销产品财务指标(保费收入、佣金等)及销售数据,输出分析报告并提出优化建议。
• 通过客户画像与行为分析,推动产品组合优化及精准营销策略。

Risk Management
• Attentive towards product providers’ risk issues
• To comply with their respective Money Laundering Prevention Procedures and be alert at all times to unusual or possibly suspicious customer activity and should report any suspicious activity to the respective Unit Money Laundering Prevention Officer and line manager as well as directly to the Country MLPO in urgent or exceptional circumstances.

Skills and Experience
• To develop and manage the bancassurance Product streams with reference to the overall Bank Strategy.
• New bancassurance Product initiatives in filling product gaps in coverage of the strategic client segments.
• Conduct market analysis and competitor’s research in identification of business opportunities to provide product solution to growth customer base and revenue opportunities.
• To establish and develop system and customer engagement tool in facilitation of frontline to enhance the clients satisfaction at best-in-class level.
• To engage with target segment sales for the purpose of driving business revenues in distribution of insurance product solutions.
