Job Summary

Content Development

•    Develop narrative materials for traditional and social media use in line with the Bank’s business priority in China, such as client story, media interview and byline stories.
•    Digging out the bank’s success story for onshore and cross-border practices

Media Relations

•    Support media relations in cities in East, especially in Shanghai.
•    Communicate with the media effectively to understand media editorial calendar, handle media request and arrange media interviews.

Business

•    Support to enhance the Bank’s profile on topics such as Pivot to Affluent, Global Chinese, sustainable finance, China opening, RMB internationalisation, supporting SMEs, YRD integration and wealth management.
•    Work closely with business segments and partners within CABM

Processes

•    Ensure the right working process with stakeholders from business and CABM, and timely adjust to continuously improve.

Key Responsibilities

•    Manage CIB and WRB related media risk relating to customer complaints and business transformation

•    Operational risk management

•    Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

  • New media knowledge, experience and capability, including but not limited to wechat, photo & graph, video

  • Media relations and media activity arrangement, including but not limited to media interview, media round table, media gathering
  • Cross border and cross functional communications skill
  • Rich knowledge in banking business

Qualifications

  • BACHELOR DEGREE
  • NATIVE CHINESE AND FLUENT IN ENGLISH
