Title: Director, Head of Deposit and Liquidity Management, Cash Product

JOB SUMMARY: Be responsible for Cash strategy alignment and execution. Responsible for new offering end-to-end product design, development, maintenance and commercialization throughout the solution life cycle. Work closely with local stakeholders, regional and global product partners to ensure proper governance and risk control.
Responsibilities: Lead the Deposits and Liquidity Management team to take the overall product responsibilities: responsible for liquidity and liability strategy alignment and execution, responsible for new offering end-to-end product design, development, maintenance, and commercialization throughout the solution life cycle, work closely with ALCO members and steer the commercial drive of TB liabilities, collaborate with local stakeholders, regional and global product partners to ensure proper governance and risk control, close engagement with regulators and drive regulatory initiatives.
Strategy: To identify and actively contribute to cash business strategies, in particular, deposit and liquidity management; develop tactical plans to achieve our long-term vision and leadership positions in China. Drive innovation, remain up-to-date on key product trend in China, and ensure collaboration across other product groups in TB and SCB
Business: Drive revenue growth and grow market share against budgets and targets for China. To build business cases and identify opportunities for new products and services requirements in Cash Management. Ensure fit-for-purpose, fit-for-growth, fit-for-sale products. Drive end-to-end product performance, such as efficiency, straight-through processing, turnaround times, and ensuring scalability of growth.
People & Talent: Provide training and pitch support from product perspective and participate specific project team including both internal and external ones to ensure market leadership and implication. Established professional code and communication skills when collaborating with other teams.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate the Operational, Financial, Regulatory and Business conduct risks relating to Cash product. Work with operations to improve overall service standards and to ensure that quality of service to customers remains superior to competition.
Governance: Ensure comply with all requirements of product governance and proactively work with stakeholders to identify and quantify new and existing risks.

Qualification
- University graduate with at least 8 years solid experience in banking or finance industry.
- Solid experience in managing transaction banking products in a financial institution with In-depth knowledge of corporate treasury management activities in local market and relevant regulations
- Strong leadership qualities, interpersonal skills, multicultural awareness, and sensitivity
- Excellent professional skills, including verbal and written communication, presentation, time management and stakeholder management
- Language Capability: proficiency in Mandarin and English
- Post-graduate degree holder or CFA are a plus
