Job Summary
A highly skilled and experienced for Wealth Solutions Operations (i.e WSO), with deep knowledge and experience in managing fund operations, structured deposits and other WS related financial derivative products. This role requires a responsible and detail-oriented professional with experience in operational project management, supporting business strategy development and effectively managing operational risks and controls in WSO team. Support LM and team take the ownership and deliver the task/agenda according to the objective pre-set.
Key Responsibilities
- Support LM to achieve and deliver Group WS COO, and WS China Head in delivering strategy and outcomes on standard metrics/scorecard.
- Support LM and lead team to drive transformation of WS operation teams to align with WRB Client Journeys in the market. Oversee the innovation and continuous improvement projects relating to WS ops and be responsible for outcomes with related business stakeholders and 2nd lines.
- Support LM and lead team to develop and sustain a compliance culture, ensure flawless execution and compliance to timely identify and address arising risks and control gaps if any, develop effective communication and supervise training to promote risk awareness and compliance culture, collaborate with business partners, cross-functions teams to ensure a coherent, seamless delivery and strong governance foundation built within team.
- Engage key stakeholders and within the broader business partners to ensure alignment across governance/control/conduct agendas.
Process
- Lead and oversee WSO related policies and processes and being responsible to design, manage and implement end-to-end related policies, processes to ensure that relevant policies, procedure, and standards are effectively implemented across Wealth Products Operations and ensure effectiveness control design and governance oversights and assurance of processes and frameworks for robust compliance, as well as take the ownership to lead and drive the WSO governance across product lines.
- Drive and deliver WS products sales process simplification and Project implementation by working with WS process owners and related stakeholders.
- Lead and oversee WS ops related platform to support WS digitization journey and initiatives delivery and ensuring the effectiveness of related project delivery in a coherent and seamless way and the consistency of functionality and control design across the platforms including offline sales channels, that with related project post implementation review can ensure the effectiveness of functionality and control design being accordance with internal and external standard as well as should manage associate incident risk assessment if applicable that can always put a robust compliance and control against internal and external requirements.
- Lead and drive to identify and achieve WSO operations excellence and efficiency to be aligned with country, business, function strategy goals.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor Degrees or above
Training: Data soft skills if any
Certification: with CMF certification
Language: fluent English writing and speaking
