Job Summary

• Focus on Affluent people strategy on frontline staff’s comprehensive capability management and development. Provide professional support to drive the rapid business growth in a healthy business culture on People Focusing.

• Provide systematic people development plans and projects on equipping with the knowledge, skills, and resources to deliver outstanding customer experience.

• As a Frontline Enablement team, you will be at the forefront of driving operational efficiency, employee engagement, and business performance improvement across all frontline staffs.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy*

Follow Affluent business strategy on people development, take responsibility on talent development, people managers management and leadership improvement and sales enablement.

Support and implement the people agendas follow Group business and model appropriate to the role.

 

Business*

Observe, harvest and analysis business learning needs and people development requirements, support shaping existing training interventions and design new training program or workshop for special requirements.

Continuously update training materials to reflect changes in products, conducts and bank policies. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback sessions, and performance metrics analysis.

 

Processes*

Support to manage frontline salespersons training and certification quality, enhance E2E process and tools to complement training delivery whereas applicable.

Keep logistic and training administration under ROTE requirements and standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and streamline business process.

Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve productivity and quality.

 

People & Talent*

Maintain frontline staff’s capability data, analyse performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Develop action plans to address performance gaps and enhance overall team performance.

Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement initiatives within the frontline workforce.

Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree & above
