Job Summary

Strategy

•    This role is an indispensable asset sitting in the centre of this marketing transformation, acting as a catalyst, anchoring our Wealth, while fostering integration beyond Wealth Marketing, into collaboration with DPC, CE and Affluent. 
•    This role is pivotal in unlocking the full potential in both Wealth Marketing and Digital Marketing domains. 

Business

•    Orchestrating collaborative efforts with the Wealth team to develop and promote propositions, overseeing flagship initiatives such as GMO, Wealth Forum, CIO series and product promotions.
•    Driving new initiatives with Client Journey team to refine the Digital Wealth proposition and ensure a seamless and robust ETB wealth journey.
•    Engaging with DPC to craft prospecting user journeys and optimize digital touchpoints across SC omni-channels.
•    Partnering closely with DPC and CE on CN WeChat/Mini-program operations, launching digital campaigns, and ensuring alignment from the group to the country level.
•    Stimulating NNM, Wealth Revenue, and NTW growth through targeted marketing initiatives and customer campaigns.
•    Ensuring Marketing Effectiveness by aligning with country and global strategies to support WRB's short and long-term objectives.
•    Fostering marketing excellence in digital campaign delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Processes

•    Work closely with Business, Compliance, Legal and Client Experience Team for the processing of marketing deliveries.
•    Centrally manage the Wealth and DPC budget planning, tracking, allocation, and accrual/CBR upon corporate policy and request.

People & Talent
•    Lead a strong team with excellent marketing expertise to support business.
•    Continuously grow team with diversified opportunities and cross-function initiatives.

Risk Management

•    Ensure role-based accountabilities under risk management guidelines and policies

Governance
•    Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
•    Understand, acknowledge and comply with the requirements on individual accountabilities and responsibilities of the job set out in applicable local laws and regulations as well as SC internal policies.

Regulatory & Business Conduct

•    Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct. 
•    Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. Skills and Experience

Must be sensitive to market and consumer trends, digital savvy, results-driven, and successfully work with marketing colleagues to execute to meet brand and business growth goals, and typically possess the following attributes:
•      10+ years' experience in marketing, advertising, public relations, finance sector preferred
•     College graduate degree, Master preferred
•    Strong interpersonal, teamwork, organizational and workload planning skills
•    Strongly risk-sensitive and disciplined with policies, regulations, procedures
•    Solid thinking and management skill
•    Ability to act independently and to take initiative passionate
•    Solid project management skills and detail-oriented
•    Excellent sense in creative and commutation
