•    Promote the CIO view to frontlines & customers.
•    Produce market commentary, which reflects the views of WRB and financial markets outlook. 
•    Prepare market commentary for media exposure / seminar use.
•    Support specialists/ frontlines in the aspects of macroeconomic interpretation in order to implement the idea of asset allocation.
•    Manage relevant projects.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy
Promoting House View
•    Promote House view to Frontlines and Customers, which includes but not limit to key economic drivers, emerging economic trends, and relevant markets movements.
SCB Branding enhancement
•    Distribute market commentary through authorized dissemination channels. 

Business
Provide support to product team for products solutions
•    Produce market commentary, which reflects the views of WRB and financial markets outlook.

•    Complied with related process. 

People & Talent
Collaborate with Group, North Asia Region 
•    Provide support for producing and distributing Simplified Chinese version from group produced market commentary.

Governance
Accountable for Consumer Rights Protection Requirements (CN required) 
Fully comply with all the regulatory requirements related to Consumer Rights Protection, uphold the robust mindset of Consumer Rights Protection, complete the Consumer Rights Protection themed training and workshop in due course, prevent the potential infringements of consumer rights, participate the public education, EV or other activities to uplift the public awareness about Consumer Rights Protection.

•    Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct. 
•    Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
•    Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
