Key Responsibilities
Scope of Role:
- To support Partnership Manager - Ecosystem lending in Anchor partnership new acquisition and existing anchor relationship maintenance activities in terms of process efficiency and effectiveness, risk prevention and compliance operations from central level to achieve revenue growth target.
- To closely monitor SCF portfolio performance and ensure SCF portfolio are well managed to deliver business performance.
- To constantly operate within the compliance’s guidelines set by group standard and/or local regulations by performing SCF portfolio quality control and sampling checking.
- Responsible for identifying the business monitoring and testing and reporting findings, exceptions and results from such monitoring/testing activities.
- Ensure the timeliness, accuracy & completeness in reporting of internal and external reports, documentation management, and exceptions escalation so that no failure in following bank internal rules/group standard, regulatory requirements and delegation at the bank.
- From time to time, to complete ad hoc tasks assigned by the line manager, deemed appropriate and necessary for the smooth functioning of the department.
- Provide administrative support to the team.
- Accountable for implementing and complying with AML requirements when performing duties.
- Fully understand the importance of fraud prevention, prevent fraud risks, maintain safe and steady operation of the position, implement regulatory requirements of fraud prevention, strictly execute DOIs of the department, ensure to complete relevant trainings and embed fraud prevention in daily work.

- Understand, acknowledge, and comply with the requirements on individual accountabilities and responsibilities of the job set out in applicable local laws and regulations as well as SCB internal policies.
- Effectively ensure and intensify internal controls by keeping abreast with developments of applicable local laws and regulations on accountabilities.
- Perform job duties with diligence, contribute to efforts as an individual or as a team member to avoid any actual or potential legal sanctions, regulatory penalties, material financial loss, or adverse reputational impact on the Bank.
- Be responsible for failure to follow relevant rules and processes, failure to properly perform the responsibilities, and implement corrections.

Qualifications
- University degree in Finance or related discipline is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of similar frontline experience in SME / Commercial Banking with other banks in China.
- Knowledge of portfolio management, trade finance, supply chain finance, credit risk analysis preferred.
- Strong inter-personal skills and partnership management experience.
- Good marketing, communication, and interpersonal skill preferred.
- Willing to work under pressure.
- Proactive, positive attitude, customer oriented, self-motivated & a strong champion of teamwork spirit.
- Good command in written English preferred.
