Job Summary

    Handle PMO activities like managing timesheets for Team; Generating reports; forecasting and budgeting 
    Provide a safe, convenient, advanced and comfortable working environment for staffs.
    Manage staffs including dress code and behaviours (like pay more attention to not be tailgating or not to open gate for unknown staffs). Support staffs to know more about policy and process (like reimbursement and travel).
    BCP Support and Risk Control
    Co-ordinate training for new joiners
    Support HR and CRES on related job locally
    Conduct people engagement events and other office activities etc.

Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 5+ years of professional experience 
    Good command on MS Office suite – PPT, Excel, Visio, and Word
    Creative in using tool to prepare good dashboards and management reports
    Strong team player, effective in communicating and to working closely with clients
    Ability to work under pressure and deliver excellent results
    Ability to multitask and work across different streams within the GBS all locations
    Strong verbal and written communication skills
    Strong English conference skill with global teams
    Must be a quick self-learner and possess ability to work independently
    Excellent Communication – Written and Oral
    Able to perform data analysis and analytics using excel macros, MS Access
    Good in event management – handle a large crowd of 100+ to conduct events
    Experienced in co-ordinating and track training and mentoring  
    Able to connect well with people and get things done
