Job Summary
• Work with FM Sales Head, Business Planning Manager and Dealing Room Manager to identify and analyse strategic opportunities;
• Support China FM team on strategic reviews, business plan and associated projects;
• Assist BPM/DRM on implementation of business plan, product launch and initiatives driving;
• To provide full secretarial and administrative support to corp sales team
Strategy

• Follow through with the FM strategy and align it to SCB’s CIB Strategies
Key Responsibilities
Business
• Support Head of Corp Sales on Budget process and cost control;
• Establish and maintain a network of relationships with key partners in the bank.
• Manage and co-ordinate diary for Head of Corp Sales, China
• Maintain Departmental Personal files;
• Co-ordinate with internal and clients for Marketing events;
• Help sales team in travel itineraries, including booking flights, hotels, restaurants, etc;
• Meeting arrangement and minutes/attendant list record taking;
• Prepare reimbursements claims for business expenses for senior sales team;
• Invoices management from external suppliers;
• Setup for new employees, access card, mailbox setup, access to various systems, induction program, etc.
• Misc. Administrative support to the sales department (eg. Update extension list, monthly staff movement reports, staff onboarding/offboarding process, department Org chart etc.)
• Handle telephone calls including responding to regulator and customer requests,
• Act as coordinator for the China Onshore Team in organizing various trainings;
• Assist visitors from SCB other offices and clients for travel arrangements when required (eg. Hotel booking, visa application etc.)
• Co-ordinate and order stationeries, as well as newspapers/magazines subscriptions for China sales team
• Other ad-hoc administrative duties as required eg. Arrange conferences and offsite meetings;
• Develop business MIS to track performance and implement key initiatives;
• Co-ordinate with COO team for regulators’ onsite inspection;
• Support sales team for document handling (eg. Company chop application, documents handover to FMO etc)
