Job Summary
Assist Priority Private Relationship Manager (PPRM) in their daily sales activities to turbo-charge PPRM productivity, enabling PPRM to pay more focus and time on wealth management, so as to boost revenue generation.
Assist Branch Management Team to drive, execute business strategy focus and initiatives to achieve set business goal.
Key Responsibilities
• Understand, acknowledge, and comply with the requirements on individual accountabilities and responsibilities of the job set out in applicable local laws and regulations as well as SCB internal policies.
• Effectively ensure and intensify internal controls by keeping abreast with developments of applicable local laws and regulations on accountabilities.
• Perform job duties with diligence, contribute to efforts as an individual or as a team member so as to avoid any actual or potential legal sanctions, regulatory penalties, material financial loss, or adverse reputational impact on the Bank.
• Be responsible for failure to follow relevant rules and processes, failure to properly perform the responsibilities, and implement corrections.
• Support PPRM in their daily sales activities as well as other daily sales administration work, to enable dedicated PPRM have sufficient time focusing on client wealth management while in parallel further enhance client experience
• Support PPRM in end-to-end client on-boarding procedure, including KYC/CDD related activities, sales documentation preparation / quality check, digital platform registration, e.g. Mobile/online banking, SC mini program/WeCom, NPS, Client Centre etc.
• Assist PPRM in BAU Client & Account Maintenance Service, including assist in client inquiry on product, service, process, client info update request, upgrade/downgrade request, CDD/CIP review support, MM/Seminar client invitation and engagement, complaint follow-up etc.
• Assist PPRM with leads follow up and management, including RAO/ Digital channel leads, Campaign leads, other ad hoc leads etc.
• Support PPRM on specific portfolio maintenance and associated deal booking e.g. TD, FX etc.
• To provide quality, efficient before and after sales services; Maintain relationship with customers and deliver superior customer service to ensure customers’ needs are met
• keep high class level of services to our clients and achieve client satisfaction in daily operations and services.
• Embed client centric mind in daily operation Continue to advocate human banker and client centric service mindset for enriching internal and external customer experience and prevent damage to customers’ best interest.
• Accountable for implementing and complying with AML requirements when performing duties.
• Ensure compliance of Management Manual, Operating Manuals and Bank’s laid down knowledge of the various products offered by all departments.
• Learn and understand all relevant regulations and internal Risk & Compliance policies and procedures.
• Participate actively in training programs, meetings, briefings organized by the bank and ensure skills & knowledge acquired is applied to daily work.

• Responsibilities relating to identifying, assessing, monitoring, controlling and mitigating risks to the Group, as well as an awareness and understanding of the main risks facing the Group and the role the individual plays in managing them. For example -The ability to interpret the Group’s financial information, identify key issues based on this information and put in place appropriate controls and measures
• All responsibilities under the Risk Management Framework – both execution and supervisory – should be referenced, for example, Act as the [Process] risk control owner under the Group’s Risk Management Framework (including relevant Operational Risk Framework ownership for [Liquidity] risk.

Skills and Experience
• Internal transfer from service role with solid client service experience is preferred; or university degree preferably with 2 years and above working experience in financial industry.
• Relevant knowledge of bank products, services and procedure, with external Qualification Certificate on mutual fund, insurance is preferred.
• Good understanding of banking and local regulations.
• Possess a strong client centric mindset and deep awareness of Consumer Rights Protection
• Pleasant and cooperative personality, initiative, hardworking, and able to work independently.
• Self-motivator who is keen to upgrade, improve, and develop.
• Team player with strong communication skills and commitment to quality work
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin;
