Key Responsibilities

Strategy
•    To develop and manage the full range of investment products with reference to the overall Wealth Management Strategy 
•    New product initiatives
•    Establish and implement the effective product features and benefits to grow customer base and revenue opportunity
•    Keep improving and sustaining Customer Satisfaction at world class level
•    Live the SCB Value
•    Ensure Compliance discipline within all plans and execution process.
•    To comply with their respective Money Laundering Prevention Procedures and be alert at all times to unusual or possibly suspicious customer activity, and should report any suspicious activity to the respective Unit Money Laundering Prevention Officer and line manager as well as directly to the Country MLPO in urgent or exceptional circumstances

Business
•    Manage and maintain the development of strong and differentiated product proposition and brand identity. 
•    Maintain strong focus on competitor activity and take proactive steps to counter them.
•    Design and launch new product & improve existing products/service.

Processes
•    Re-engineer product operation working flow
•    Develop, renew and obtain approval for responsible Product Programmes
•    Establish new Product Process and procedures have it documented in the Procedural Manual
•    Guide the development and implementation of the Product System
•    Ensure that product specifications and processes are built in compliance with Regulatory and Group compliance
•    To conduct product training to internal sales staff. 
•    To work with the Marketing team to develop and re-define product marketing

•    Understand, acknowledge and comply with the requirements on individual accountabilities and responsibilities of the job set out in applicable local laws and regulations as well as SCB internal policies

Accountable for Consumer Rights Protection Requirements (CN required) – all
•    Fully comply with all the regulatory requirements related to Consumer Rights Protection, uphold the robust mindset of Consumer Rights Protection, complete the Consumer Rights Protection themed training and workshop in due course, prevent the potential infringements of consumer rights, participate the public education, EV or other activities to uplift the public awareness about Consumer Rights Protection.
•    Responsible for producing and/or reposting promotional materials for fund investor education, participating in fund investor education activities, and assisting the leading department of fund investor education to ensure the orderly implementation of bank investor education related work.负责制作及/或转载基金投教宣传材料、参与基金投教活动宣讲,并协助基金投教牵头部门确保银行投教相关工作有序开展。
