Job Summary

This role is to support daily BAU for settlement and other functions, ie client reporting, MFA, contract review etc. 

 

Key Responsibilities

Strategy

  • Awareness and understanding of the Group’s FSS strategy and model appropriate to the role. 

Business

  • Awareness and understanding of the wider business, economic and market environment in which the Group operates 

Processes

  • Responsible for maintenance of relative system data and performance check on daily business. 
  • Implementing name screening and proactively preparing for account opening (eg. Cash account and SCA home and abroad) 
  • Acting on different kinds of payment instructions from clients
  • Reconciling daily account balance
  • Writing client-oriented reports and regulation reports
  • Cooperating with other departments to accomplish different goals
  • Complete daily clearing settlement under various product types with high quality
  • Complete daily payment settlement with high quality
  • Complete other assigned tasks by Leader

People & Talent

  • familiar with 3Q and local products settlement procedure; can work well under hard pressure

Risk Management

  • Accountable for implementing and complying with AML requirements when perform duties. Follow risk control point and regulatory requirement as 1st line. 

Other Responsibilities

  • Understand, acknowledge and comply with the requirements on individual accountabilities and responsibilities of the job set out in applicable local laws and regulations as well as SCB internal policies
