Job Description: 

Job Summary

This job is responsible for the trading of securities brokerage business. 

Key Responsibilities

Business
•    Executed orders instructed by clients.
•    Provided and submitted transaction return data, transaction log records and statistics to QFII customers and custodian banks.
•    Achieved real-time communication with QFII clients, timely provide market information and research reports to clients, and solve problems encountered during trading session.
•    Timely answered and explained the domestic regulatory policies and trading rules that clients are most concerned about.
•    Collected the latest domestic policies, industry trends, macroeconomic events, market data and other news on regular basis.

Regulatory & Business Conduct
•    Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct. 
•    Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
•    Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Qualifications

•    5 years above of proven trading experience, preferably within a global investment bank, hedge fund, or leading Chinese securities company. Direct experience with QFII mechanisms is a significant advantage.
•    Excellent communication and coordination skills and team spirit, strong resilience.
•    Good numerical and analytical abilities. 
•    To proficiency with major trading platforms and algo trading tools. 
•    Programming skills for data analysis and strategy development is a plus. 

Skills and Experience

•    Written and spoken English
•    MS applications
•    Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills
•    Experience of working within a demanding fast paced environment involving high levels of customer care
