Job Summary

1)    To provide training/ coaching to Relationship manager/ Specialist/SBM on Wealth solutions, specially for New joiners, low performance and mid-tier RM, includes but not limit to workshop focusing on a range of topics – client engagement best practice, how to identify leads, shifting from product led conversations to portfolio-based conversations, how to attract NNS, how to do the deepening  etc

2)    To supplement the wealth platforms and portfolio review tools onboarding and tools training for RMs, ensure execution and usage/adoption. 

3)    To provide and organise regular updates to RMs on market updates, opportunities and risks in all related asset classes. To work closely with Sales Team Managers various Wealth teams to provide Investment strategies and training to RMs, building up investment knowledge in the sales teams.

4)    To work closely with regional sales Head and specialist head to standardize advisory process and ensure the implement. Through training RMs and ensuring RMs follow a consistent approach to advising clients.

5)    Run key internal rhythms and events from an advisory perspective – Espressos, Jumpstarts, Wealth product updates etc, Participate in client events and seminars 

6)    The Wealth coach will also need to make their presence felt within the distribution network, by being a prominent player in location branch work, visible to distribution heads. They need to engage in regular exchange that captures their observations on frontline, improvement areas, progress, help items and works with branch eco-system.

7)    Drive business relevant target and income growth through BAU. Including business income, NTW,NNS and AUM growth.

Qualifications

• Degree Holder in the fields of either Finance, Business, Economics or Banking with at least 8 years of experience in advisory role or similar capacit

• Advanced Financial Markets & Concepts, solid experience in portfolio management/ advisory, in-depth knowledge of different asset class, includes equities, bonds, alternative, foreign exchang~8 currency products, currency options, derivatives, structured investment and latest product trends.

• In-depth knowledge an investment process and systems, including customer-technology interfaces and delivery channels

• Fluent in both written and verbal English, and an ability to articulate information, ideas and solutions to client (Other languages are a plus point) Strong excel and PowerPoint skills

• Strong team player who takes initiative and detail oriented, good communication skill

• With Onshore Mutual Certification, and CFA holder
