Job Summary
To lead the China NPL sales process, develop a robust framework for identifying eligible assets, pricing, and selecting buyers or investors for NPL portfolios. Ensure all legal, regulatory, and compliance standards are adhered to during NPL sales
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the China NPL Sale process, from portfolio segmentation and valuation to negotiation and execution of sales.
- Develop a robust framework for identifying eligible assets, pricing, and selecting buyers or investors for NPL portfolios. Ensure all legal, regulatory, and compliance standards are adhered to during NPL sales, including the safeguarding of customer data.
- Analyse market trends and emerging opportunities to develop innovative and competitive sale structures.
- Track and report the performance of NPL sales to optimize processes and strategies for future transactions
- Cooperate with each collection team and CACS RSS team to establish the collection system strategy and system daily administration.
- Provide insights and regular updates to stakeholders on NPL sales progress.
- Collaborate with team to ensure alignment on the NPL sales objectives.
- Working closely with CN Risk team, Product team, Business team to make sure smoothly process of the NPL sales.
- Fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning.
- The ability to identifying, accessing, nonitoring, controlling and mitigation risk in the NPL sale process, identify key issues and put in place appropriate contrils and measures.

Qualifications
• Proactive attitude with excellent communication (written and spoken), interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, econmics, business or a related field.
• Maintain professional appearance, is organised and presents a positive image.
• Proficient using Microsoft Office.
• Language Proficiency – (Country specific) - Written and spoken – English, and local language.
