JOB SUMMARY
We’re looking for a driven and visionary AI Product Owner to help shape the future of banking through artificial intelligence. This role sits at the heart of our Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) transformation, where AI is becoming a core enabler for smarter decisions, better client engagement, and operational excellence.
You’ll support CIB AI Chief Product owner and lead the end-to-end delivery of AI use case—from early-stage exploration to full-scale deployment—working closely with data scientists, ML engineers, service designers, and business leaders. RESPONSIBILITIES
Processes
• Manage end-to-end AI product lifecycle: Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI use cases—from ideation and business validation to production deployment—ensuring scalability, compliance, and impact.
• User-Centric Product Design: Ensure AI products are designed with a strong focus on seamless client and employee user experience. Partner closely with the User Experience & Service Design team to embed intuitive and accessible design principles into every solution.
• Strategic Backlog Management & Agile Product Management: Translate business problems into data-product opportunities. Manage backlogs, epics, and user stories in an agile setting, balancing quick wins with strategic builds. Ensure prioritization aligns with business value, technical feasibility, and readiness for production.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Group CDO, CIB platform teams, compliance, risk, and governance forums to align AI initiatives with broader business strategy and regulatory expectations.
• Tech and Data Collaboration: Partner with data scientists, ML engineers, and solution architects to co-create and iterate AI products that meet real business needs while aligning with enterprise architecture and data governance standards.
• Scalable Product Architecture: Partner with Solution Archetype and Platform Engineering teams to develop scalable, production-grade AI patterns that can be reused across business lines.
• Benefit Realization and Measurement: Define success metrics and track ROI, adoption, and impact. Own the benefit case documentation for each use case.
• Industry & Tech Radar: Stay ahead of the curve. Scan the AI landscape—agentic AI, multimodal models, LLMOps—and bring those insights into our use case pipeline and product evolution.
A plus point
• Exposure to LLMOps or agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen)
• Experience with compliance and model risk management in AI products
• Background in corporate banking, products and processes
• Familiarity with AI observability tools or explainability frameworks (XAI)

Our Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or Business. Master’s degree or equivalent certification

5+ years in product management or ownership, ideally with AI/ML or advanced analytics products in financial services or tech firm

Familiarity with AI/ML lifecycle (model training, tuning, deployment), data pipelines, and enterprise MLOps. Experience with Agentic AI, Text-to-SQL, or LLM orchestration is a plus.
- Proficiency in Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban), writing epics and user stories, backlog management, and sprint planning.
- Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), ADO, Confluence, Figma, and enterprise data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Certifications - ML engineer, AI/ML, CSPO, PMI-ACP

Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, including senior stakeholders in business, compliance, risk, and technolog
- Experience collaborating with Service design teams and applying human-centered design principles. Demonstrated ability to co-create intuitive digital experiences with designers and engineers
