JOB SUMMARY
• Working as part of the Wealth Solutions Operations (WSO) team in Singapore to provide end-to-end governance and controls of Operational processes covering WS products supported by processing hubs and country. The incumbent will work with key stakeholders across Wealth Lending Operations, Corporate Actions, Settlements, Asset Transfers, Account Maintenance, Tax Operations and support Product Managers, Country / Group related Projects and Process enhancements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy
• To support the 5G321-Growth strategy of the Singapore franchise to become the leading wealth manager to affluent clients.
Business
• The job holder will work with WSO’s stakeholders including COO, WL, Banca and CMPS Product Managers as well as hubs in India and Malaysia, Contact Centre & Client Experience teams. The job holder will also liaise with Compliance, Finance and other retail departments to achieve Business and Operational efficiency targets.
Processes
• He / She will manage the preparation, printing and mailing of Advices, Contract Notes and termsheets. He/she also needs to be able to support general queries and process instructions relating to Wealth Lending. In addition, the job holder will assist in the collation, preparation and submission of weekly & monthly MIS and prepare monthly updates for BGM/NFRF Project updates to Management. The job holder will also be responsible for reviewing DOIs from Country and processing hubs.

Risk Management
• The job holder will support the Country Process Owner in the management of operational risk across processes to identify, assess, manage, mitigate, monitor, report and escalate operational and technology risks within the ambit of the Operational Risk Framework.
Governance
• The job holder will be responsible for assisting the Head of WSO SG in the governance of processing Hubs, Custodians and 3rd Party service providers including the conduct of service and periodic risk reviews, and managing all queries related to governance, regulatory and statutory issues.

Our Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years’ experience working with Wealth Lending, Premium Financing, Leverage Financing and Capital Market products
- Providing support for various Wealth Lending operations processes within Country and Global Business Services (GBS).
- Providing support to Wealth Lending, Premium Financing Business timely.
- Supporting account opening, maintenance, margin calls, lending booklet.
- Participating in project initiatives and taking up ad hoc tasks as required
- Support Regulatory fulfilment
- Can work Independently and be a Team player
Role Specific Technical Competencies
- Knowledge in Wealth Lending Operations
- Product Knowledge of Capital market products including Equities, OTC Derivatives, Securities, Unit Trusts and Structured Notes.
- Outsourcing Governance and Periodic risk reviews & SRM
- Regulatory Compliance & Tax operations
- Client Servicing
- Financial/Capital Markets with experience in Wealth Lending will be a plus
