BBD non flow sales, Financial Markets
The purpose of this role is to contribute to the growth of the BBD Non Flow Sales segment in ASA region

RESPONSIBILITIES

The ideal candidate would need to demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication skills, a strong analytical and technical mindset, an entrepreneurial spirit, good risk awareness and a strong work ethic. The candidate would be expected to cover multi-asset, non-flow transactions.
This is an exceptional opportunity to work alongside the Non-Flow Bank and Broker Dealer (BBD) Sales team. You’ll get involved with tasks such as:
•    Execution of Structured repos / collateral swaps / Total return Swaps, Fixed income bonds and derivatives with BBD clients. 
•    Dialogues with BBD clients in the ASA region on financing opportunities. 
•    Provide asset solutions to clients including (but not limited) to credit linked notes, options, structured notes on macro, credits, leverage structures and other structured credit solutions. 
•    Working closely with structured credit, Macro, Commodities and Equities trading desk to understand trading axes and present it to BBD clients in a trade idea format. 
•    Analysis of one-off structured trades, helping to create presentations and sales pitches.
•    Support the overall BBD non flow team in client communication, trade execution across various asset class including Credit and commodities (including obtaining necessary credit, risk approvals and liaising with operations to facilitate front to back-end processing of trades). This also entails sorting out the necessary support documents for trade e.g. GMRA, GMSLA, ISDA/CSA documents.  
•    Diligent coverage of the daily trade execution and bookings meeting all required standards and procedures including Order Handling, Record Keeping and Best Execution
•    Monitor the utilization of each client’s trading limits with SCB, obtain specific approval for any excess. 

•    Support Non-Flow Sales team & senior colleagues with trade execution, bookings and Settlements.  
•    Working closely with various stakeholders 
-    Coverage RMs to map out coverage and penetration of BBD client segment and pitching to clients.
•    -Structuring teams to generate ideas for BBD client segment both in funding and investment solutions
•    -Traders (Macro trading, Structured credit trading, Equities financing and derivatives and commodities trading)
-    Supporting other regional BBD teams in ASA region in their trades.
