Title: Associate Director, Cash Business Management

JOB SUMMARY
The Cash Deal Review role will work closely with the Cash Business Manager to support the Cash Deal Review process. The role will ensure quality submission of deal review forms, review the submissions in line with the Cash Deal Review Guidelines, and facilitate and track transaction approvals to ensure conditional approval requirements are closed out.
This role will work closely with Cash Product teams, Regional Sales Heads & their Sales teams, Global functional Sales Heads, TB Operations teams and other functional partners (e.g. Risk, CPM) where needed. It will also partner with the Sales Practice Management (SPM) team to support streamlining and rightsizing the deal review process.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Deal Review
• Support the Cash Business Manager to run the Cash Deal Review and Approval process, where evaluated deals are rigorously vetted and aligned with the TB objectives.
• Support the SPM team to review and redesign the end to end process to facilitate faster and more effective transaction review and approval activities.
• Instil submission discipline by provide coaching to Sales Managers (SM) to improve quality and timely submission.
• Closely track the status of each TB transaction approval and ensure conditional approval requirements are closed out by SM prior to implementation.
• Partner with Sales, Cash Product and Functional partners to drive transparency and efficiency across the Deal Review process – ensuring all parties are aware of their roles and responsibilities at each stage of the process, and the right information is provided to facilitate an effective turnaround time.
Sales Risk Management
• Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework in which the Group operates and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role

Our Ideal Candidate
• Contract Duration - 6 months
• Track-record of driving demonstrable commercial change within current/ previous role or team
• 8+ years of relevant work experience in a sales / origination, Cash Product, or Project Management role, preferably in financial services sector
• Proactive and positive with the ability to make good / sound decisions and use independent judgement
• Project and Program Management skills to monitor specific projects and take ownership of issues / tasks
• Ability to create effective work relationships across functions & borders
• Interpersonal skills in networking, influencing and decision taking
• Good presentation, time management, negotiation and influencing skills
• Excellent written & oral communication skills
• Can work independently to strict timeframes
• Focused, organised and results-oriented
• Experience of working with senior stakeholders. Ability to influence senior staff and offshore shared services teams and drive change agenda
