Title: Associate Director, Planning and Effectiveness

Job Summary
The Associate Director, Planning and Effectiveness will play a key role in supporting the strategic planning, effectiveness, and measurement agenda within Corporate Affairs, Brand & Marketing. Reporting to the Global Head of Planning and Effectiveness, this role will help drive a structured and insight-led approach to marketing planning and performance measurement across corporate affairs, brand, marketing, sponsorships, events, and community impact.
This individual will also lead the engagement and adoption efforts for the PACE (Plan-Approve-Create-Execute) program, working with market teams to ensure effective utilization and impact. This is an excellent opportunity for a data-driven marketer or strategist who enjoys working cross-functionally and wants to help shape how marketing delivers business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Business Alignment
- Support the development and execution of the annual to quarterly planning cycle, ensuring alignment across corporate affairs, brand, and marketing.
- Partner with key stakeholders across units of CABM to enhance function’s strategic alignment with business goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and internal performance data to provide insights for better decision-making.
Effectiveness & Measurement
- Assist in the development of marketing effectiveness frameworks to measure campaign impact, brand performance, sponsorship ROI, and communications success.
- Support the adoption of Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and other methodologies to quantify impact of CABM activities.
- Help translate complex performance data into simple, actionable insights for stakeholders across units of CABM.
PACE Program
- Lead market engagement for PACE, ensuring adoption and active utilization across relevant teams.
- Act as a liaison with local market teams - in collaboration with the CABM Tech team - supporting them with guidance, best practices, and training to maximize PACE’s impact in driving planning & execution excellence.
- Monitor program utilization and identify opportunities to drive higher adoption and impact.
- Regularly report to senior leadership on PACE engagement and effectiveness metrics.
- Lead the integration of measurement workflows into PACE - CABM’s campaign workflow tool – to further advance CABM’s ability to measure and report its impact across its portfolio of campaign and activities.
Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline planning, measurement, and execution processes.
- Stay updated on best practices in marketing effectiveness and bring innovative ideas to enhance the function.

Our Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
- 6 + years of experience in marketing strategy, planning, analytics, or effectiveness roles, preferably in financial services or multinational organizations.
- Experience in marketing measurement, data analytics, and performance tracking.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
- Understanding of corporate affairs, brand, sponsorship, and marketing disciplines.
- Experience in driving program adoption and stakeholder engagement across markets.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- A team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
