Title: Associate Director, Priority Banking Segment

JOB SUMMARY
- To support the Head, Affluent Segment Proposition in formulation of country strategies, execution and delivery of Affluent clients CVP, achieving and maintaining the Bank’s Best-In-Class position amongst Affluent Segments, and directing business development with a “clients first” lens.
- Role entails taking ownership to drive initiatives to support the Affluent Clients CVP.
- Contribute to planning and launching proposition initiatives and implementing business strategies of Affluent Segment in alignment with Group directives to achieve business targets
- Liaise with key stakeholders across products, channels, marketing and others on supporting the execution of our proposition initiatives
- Review and formulate the country CVP strategies based on key customer insights and market trends
- Develop analysis on our Affluent clienteles and provide insights on our initiatives’ performance, utilize insights to enhance the existing offerings and to achieve business objectives on proposition differentiation, customer usage and satisfaction

- Drive Affluent Clients initiatives to acquire new Affluent Clients, and increasing revenue and client stickiness through effective cross sell
