JOB SUMMARY
Wealth Lending Product Manager to support the development and management of wealth lending and premium financing products, contributing to customer engagement and retention, business reporting, and the growth of Assets Under Management (AUM).

RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Product Support: Assist in the end-to-end product lifecycle for wealth lending and premium financing, including product development, launch, promotion, training, and monitoring.
•    Customer Engagement: Support strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention through innovative wealth lending solutions.
•    Portfolio Monitoring: Help oversee the customer lending portfolio, ensuring accurate monitoring and reporting to prevent defaults and provide Management Information (MI) to front-line staff.
•    Solution Delivery: Contribute to delivering world-class solutions to retail and affluent clients aimed at growing, protecting, preserving, and transferring their wealth.
•    Risk and Control Framework: Assist in developing and managing products within a tight risk and control framework, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
•    Product Strategy and P&L Support: Support the distribution of wealth lending and premium financing products, assisting with product strategy, platform oversight, and P&L management.
•    Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams within WRB, including communication and advisory specialists, sales and distribution teams, and external product and service providers to deliver comprehensive solutions.
•    Stakeholder Engagement: Interface with global, regional, and country teams across Wealth, Risk and Markets, Operations and Technology, as well as Distribution, Proposition, and Marketing functions to deliver competitive solutions that meet client needs.
•    Project Implementation: Collaborate with project teams to implement new product solutions and services effectively.
•    Market Analysis: Stay informed about the competitive environment and industry trends. Utilize analytics and distribution channels to gather customer, industry, and business data to support strategic decisions.
•    Frontline Training: Deliver training for new joiners in the front-line teams, ensuring they are well-equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively promote and manage wealth lending products.

Our Ideal Candidate
•    3 plus years of experience in banking or financial services, preferably in product management or a related field.
•    Basic understanding of wealth management, premium financing, and financial planning and advisory services.
•    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and support informed decision-making.
•    Good project management skills, with the ability to assist in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and support a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
•    Basic knowledge of risk management and control frameworks within the financial services industry.
•    Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, staying informed about industry trends and competitive pressure
