Job Description: 

Key Responsibilities

•    Implement marketing initiatives to support the growth strategy for Corporate & Investment Banking in Singapore, ASEAN and South Asia region 
•    Plan and execute virtual and physical events ranging from roundtables to large scale conferences and
hospitality events to showcase thought leadership, promote the bank’s cross-border network and expertise to deepen key client engagement and increase share of wallet. 
•    Deliver localised sponsorship activation programmes for various client segments and tiers, leveraging on the market’s sponsorship assets to elevate client experiences and achieve target outcomes
•    Support production of content and marketing collaterals to highlight insights and emerging themes on trade, network, innovation and sustainability, tailoring messaging to Corporate and Financial Institutions’ needs. 
•    Drive amplification of the bank’s narrative across a spectrum of digital and traditional media channels, in partnership with digital marketing team and communications team to ensure consistent messaging across all client touchpoints.
•    Partner and manage third party vendors, event and creative agencies to deliver differentiated proposition and elevate client experience.
•    Lead the management of CIB events from pre- to post-event activities, including:
•    Overall project management and steer the working group towards achieving key deliverables / milestones.
•    Collaborate with vendors and partners to ensure seamless execution and delivery of events as well as high quality marketing collaterals for client consumption.
•    Curate unique programmes and experiences targeted to engage various client segments and tiers.
•    Utilise events management platforms such as Cvent for client invitations and associated reporting; identifying opportunities to streamline processes. 
•    Manage CIB business sponsorship requests in line with Sponsorship & Donations Standards
•    Produce briefing documents for business stakeholders.
•    Ongoing monitoring of activity results with defined KPIs as measurements of success and feedback is translated into future improvements.
•    Ensure activities are delivered within designated budgets, and invoices are tracked and processed in a timely manner.

•    Collaborate with Group on marketing initiatives to localise client communication and marketing
materials, in collaboration with local Corporate Affairs and Brand & Marketing teams in Singapore, ASEAN and South Asia
•    Regularly track and review events and campaigns effectiveness and utilise client surveys and impact dashboards to improve client engagement metrics
•    Proactively identify gaps and opportunities through competitive benchmarking
•    Manage onboarding of external partners (vendors, sponsorship rights holders, event partners) to ensure adherence to Bank policies

Governance
•    Ensure compliance with Bank's marketing and event standards 
•    Adherence to the Risk Management Framework, Group Code of Conduct and various Policies, Procedures and Guidelines of the Bank by the regional CABM team

Key Behaviours

Functional 
•    8+ years of marketing experience, preferably within the financial services industry 

•    Experience in the ASEAN region would an advantage
•    Excellent events management experience, including use of virtual platforms for webinars and hybrid events 
•    Ability to translate business objectives into marketing campaigns and events 
•    Good understanding of digital marketing and tools
•    Strong project management and administrative skills 
•    Able to work with matrix teams locally and regionally, manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines
•    Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) and stakeholder management skills
•    Proactive and positive attitude, with a creative eye and good problem-solving skills
•    Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
•    Experience with Cvent or similar tools would be advantageous
