Job Summary
• Grow the Standard Chartered Singapore retail unsecured loans portfolio through developing and executing acquisition and retention strategies, monitor portfolio and campaign performance for opportunities and improvements
• Build the business case for product, process and system enhancements
• Respond to channel and client feedback and ensure compliance with regulations
Key Responsibilities
• The Retail Unsecured Lending Product and Portfolio Manager is an individual contributor responsible for driving the growth and profitability of Singapore’s retail unsecured loans portfolio. The candidate should develop and execute acquisition and retention strategies for targeted client segments, monitor portfolio and campaign performance to identify opportunities and improvements and build the business case for product, process and system enhancements. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, the candidate is also expected to respond to channel and client feedback, and ensure all activities comply with applicable regulatory, risk and conduct requirements.

• 6 years of experience, with experience in Credit Cards / Consumer Unsecured Lending preferred
• Product Management and Project Management experience
