Job Summary
The key responsibilities of this role includes providing support and guidance to PvB Front Office and support functions with respect to transformation of PvB processes especially those initiatives of front office to uphold client experience and service delivery and provide training on key changes to FO colleagues. This includes project planning and management, identify issues and risks tracking, analysis of data and providing MI, creation of presentation material for steering groups, and various admin tasks in more of a controlled environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Business
- Understand the Group’s business strategy and model. Stay abreast of industry news and transform PvB processes to ensure PvB continues to uphold client experience and service delivery.
- Delivery of individual tasks and overall projects on time and of a high quality.
- Post project implementation reviews and alignment of project deliverable to measurable exit criteria.
Processes
- Propose solutions and alternatives enhancement to system maintenance and workflow to meet business needs.
- Pro-actively engage, manage and build strong relationships with both the business and technology stakeholders.
- Translate solutions into detailed, unambiguous, business and functional requirements whilst working closely with the development teams to ensure business requirements are achieved.
- Provide on-going support to the technology teams as required e.g. reviewing of test cases, close out open issues/questions, manage change request process etc.
- Assist the business with User Acceptance Testing, including communication, planning, preparation and test case preparation.
- Work closely with project and programme managers to ensure stakeholders are fully engaged and expectations managed.
- Manage PvB transformation and change delivery including platforms and processes.
- Act as Front Office Navigator for any queries on PvB processes, systems.
- Provide end user training for Front Officers and users and create Knowledge Depository.
- Based on the process gap identified, drive and work with relevant journey leads to transform relevant processes to ensure PvB continues to uphold client experience and service delivery.
Risk Management & Governance
- Ability to have a controls centred mind while conducting day to day operations, identify key issues and propose course of mitigation. Ensure system process and procedures are fully adherence with internal standards, policies, procedures and risk management framework of SCB.

Our Ideal Candidate
- 5 plus years of experience in Private Banking business and demonstrate a good understanding of PvB business, clients and processes.
- Proven ability to work across business streams, exposure to front to back system implementations.
- Ability to accurately translate and document business needs into functional requirements and produce quality documentation.
- Good communication skills, ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Excellent inter-personal skills, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work proactively, independently, drive multiple agenda, effectively manage priorities and display strong initiative.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Displays personal authority, integrity and ethics.
