About the Business Platforms & Partnerships Team
Through innovation and collaboration, the Business Platform & Partnership team enables our Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) business to deliver simpler, more resilient, and secure solutions for our clients. The team works closely with the CIB business lines and the Technology and Operations (T&O) business to enable the smooth execution of the CIB business strategy by exploring new opportunities for growth through partnerships on digital platforms and leading the work in CIB on key innovation areas such as Digital Assets and the implementation of artificial intelligence (AI)

We are looking for a passionate and driven Singapore-based graduate to join our Engagement, Development & Innovation team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of innovation, people engagement, and learning & development within the Bank.
As a core member of the team, you will take ownership of developing and running our internal innovation program – a platform to spark creativity, support intrapreneurship, and pilot new ideas that drive business and operational improvement.
You will also work closely with the Engagement, Development, and Innovation Lead to support people-focused initiatives, including employee engagement campaigns, learning and development (L&D) programs, and cross-functional events.
