We're looking for a driven, analytical Business Risk Management Apprentice to join our Risk Management Team. During a 12-month learning and development journey, you’ll get involved in key projects, learn from our leaders and build the skills to drive your career forward. As part of our Wealth and Retail Banking Operations business, you’ll join one of the following teams: Retail Products, Partnerships, Digital Banking, Fraud Surveillance, Customer Due Diligence or Operations. Retail Banking Operations sits within our Technology and Operations function.

What you’ll be doing
The Business Risk Management Apprentice will be responsible for:
- Identification and management of end-to-end processes and associated risks for business activities.
- Collaborating with Country Process Owners in risk management, providing support on risk assessments, proactive thematic reviews and audits management.
- Timely escalation and reporting and timely execution of risk assessments.
About the Apprenticeship Programme
During this learning journey, you will embark on two 6-month long rotations. You will be exposed to different projects and tasks, alongside structured training, mentorship and on-the-job learning. Eligibility
We welcome graduates from all Polytechnic Diploma disciplines with less than 2 years of working experience. You’ll also have:
- The permanent legal right to work in Singapore
- A keen interest in Banking and Finance industry
- Strong analytical skills, detailed focus with ability to multi-task, and keeping to timelines
- Strong time management and prioritisation ability
- Problem solving skills, with good judgement and good negotiation skills to deal with multiple stakeholders
- Relevant experience with process design/project management would be an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft applications eg. MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
- Programming skills will be an added advantage
