Title: Cash Product Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES
Role will support the entire portfolio (Deposits, Liquidity Management and Client Account Services) across product lifecycle governance, pricing activities in line with central banks’ policy rate decisions, Interest Pricing System and platforms enhancements, commercialization pipeline, ad-hoc initiatives, data support and reporting.
Global remit for:
• Product lifecycle governance
o Support the Global Portfolio Leads across the various stages of governance for their respective portfolio, from new product launch to product withdrawal (e.g business case, Product Programme Governance (PPG) document, Operational Risk Assessment (ORA), Post Implementation Review (PIR), etc).
o Controls and Compliance: maintain a disciplined control environment for all issues related to business management, compliance, documentation, training.
• Pricing activities
o Central Banks policy rate decisions maintenance, tracking on SharePoint to support pre and post decision awareness communication.
o Stay up to date with markets dynamics and draft monthly summary on Central Banks meeting and policy rates projections.
• Interest Pricing System and Platforms enhancements
o Shadow portfolio Lead and engage with Product Development team and Technology team as required to deliver portfolios enhancement roadmap.
o Participate to System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing and Post Validation review as required.
• Commercialization / marketing / content
o Prepare and refresh pitchbooks, product collateral, videos, client facing product demoware and other internal/external facing materials as needed.
o Where relevant, manage and follow up on pipeline actively (Sustainable Finance, Escrow Solutions).
o Client Deals and RFP: shadow Global Portfolio Leads in RFP and client deal conversations for simple deals, support with the first draft responses to simple questions from RFPs.
• Ad-hoc initiatives or project
o Enhance portfolio reporting e.g historical trends to provide visibility on seasonality and derive actionable insights.
o Redesign Liquidity Management MIS reporting process and introduce a formal process / schedule for regular reporting of Counts of LM accounts, clients, structures, balances per country etc.
o Sustainable Finance: tracking of timelines for ESG Linked Cash Accounts for assessment by SF team and follow up with country as required.
• Data support and reporting:
o Daily deposits report, top advancers/ decliners for senior management and local teams to have active oversight of daily balance movements, for monitoring and month-end forecasting purpose.
o Support Global Portfolio Leads and work with Finance to investigate any data issues / anomalies (e.g. error in country balance aggregation).
o Quarterly deliveries across all product portfolio to allow visibility of achievements and keeping track of the team’s progress vs scorecard (lookback + look forward).
o Monthly Balance and Interest Rates files upload onto SharePoint: for countries and local teams to have active overview of pricing at client level, shift in pricing buckets for ongoing repricing opportunity.
o Validation of Operational Deposits and Liabilities reporting prior to distribution to countries / Sales / Coverage.
o Support regular and ad hoc monitoring and data requests for Global Portfolio Leads to conduct analysis, requests can come from Audit, CPM, CCO, Risk etc.
o Control and Compliance: maintain a disciplined control environment for all matters related to business management, compliance, documentation, training.

Our Ideal Candidate
• 5+ years of relevant liabilities, cash products and end to end product management experience
• Eager to learn Cash Management and grow into Product Management role.
• Comfortable working around data and cross-functional teams such as Group Finance, Data analytics.
• Organised, self-starter, attention to details is critical.
• Understanding of financial dynamics and principles.
• Articulation skills and working knowledge of desktop applications.
