Job Summary
Join Standard Chartered's Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB) as a Channels Product Manager for Digital Assets in Singapore and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital banking experiences for corporates, financial institutions, and small medium enterprises.
Operating within the Digital Channel Solutions team under Transaction Banking, this role will lead the design and evolution of the digital channel client journey for Digital Assets, spanning tokenized deposits, stablecoins, and digital assets custody. This includes turning complex propositions into practical, client-centric solutions that are simple to understand, secure to use, and scalable across client segments.
This role will also be a go-to authority for client and internal education, thought leadership, and Digital Assets related product knowledge for channels, bringing innovation and a strong understanding of the evolving digital assets landscape.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the channel strategy, design, delivery of Digital Assets propositions and end-to-end digital channel journeys across tokenized deposits, stablecoins, and digital assets custody, ensuring strategic fit and clear client value for our target corporate and institutional clients. This includes defining journey vision, prioritising features, driving delivery timelines and ongoing optimisation and commercialisation of client journeys.
• Identify opportunities through client conversations, business demand, market developments, and your understanding of the digital assets ecosystem to determine the most impactful journeys, products, and features to build. You will apply customer-centric discovery and design methods to shape intuitive B2B digital experiences and secure stakeholder buy-in across client segments
• Work with respective stakeholders to determine the relevant digital channel stack, data model, platform capabilities, and system architecture required to deliver secure, scalable, and intuitive Digital Assets experiences, while determining when best to build, buy, or partner for new technologies and third-party integrations
• Influence, inspire, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design, technology, compliance, operations, legal, and business stakeholders to translate complex Digital Assets propositions into clear, effective, and commercially viable digital client journeys
• Drive go-to-market strategies by partnering with sales, coverage, other product partners, implementation, and client service teams, orchestrating seamless product positioning, client onboarding, and education initiatives to maximise digital adoption.

• You will ensure all governance requirements are understood and met during the product development lifecycle, including but not limited to on-boarding 3rd parties, co-ordinating Consolidated Risk Assessments, managing prioritization for tech teams and ensuring adequate testing is completed.

Our Ideal Candidate
• 10 + Years of working experience in either Banking, Fintech, payments with a strong preference for experience in the digital assets space.
• Strong understanding of Digital Assets trends, including tokenized deposits, stablecoins, and digital assets custody, with the ability to translate market developments, client needs, and domain knowledge into compelling digital product and channel opportunities
• Strong product management experience in blockchain, web3, digital assets, or adjacent emerging technology domains, with demonstrated ability to design and scale intuitive B2B client journeys and digital experiences
• Experience working in financial services, corporate banking, transaction banking, and/or enterprise fintech in a product development role, ideally focused on digital channels, client platforms, or emerging technologies serving corporate, FI, and SME clients
• Strong business writing, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex Digital Assets concepts clearly to clients, senior stakeholders and partners
