Title: Commercialisation Product Manager

JOB SUMMARY
Commercialisation Product Manager for Financing & Securities Services with responsibility for:
- Developing business cases for new products and strategic initiatives including partnerships (externally and internally)
- Commercialisation plan for new products and expansion of existing products
- Product definition and development of existing and new product concepts
- Input and development of use cases for digital and data related, innovationon proof of concepts
- Communication and marketing regarding FSS products
- Business Approval process and Product data
Develop and implement our commercialisation plan and product governance for strategic client deals, new products and other product initiatives as agreed with the Head, Product Commercialisation through rigorous stakeholder engagement and communication.
- Developing business cases for new products and strategic initiatives
- Build out business case and value proposition for new products and strategic client deals
- Drive execution of the new products and strategic client deals
- Drive innovation, remain up-to date on key product trends, and ensure collaboration across other product groups in SCB
- Remain up-to-date on the competitive environment with a clear view of external capabilities benchmarking and respond to the consequent opportunities or threats identified. Provide training and education of Financing & Securities Services capabilities across the bank
Commercialisation plan for new products and expansion of existing products
- Develop the commercial plan for new products
- Work with FSS product managers on commercialisation of existing product
- Identify key differentiators of both new and existing products and develop consistent messaging for internal and external communications.
- Plan and shape industry’s perception of FSS through Thought Leadership campaigns
- Use of data analytics to drive commercialisation
- Support the Market Insights functions in driving the Market Advocacy agenda.
Input and development of use cases for innovation proof of concepts
- Work with digital and data product head on real use cases for proof of concept initiatives
- Develop PoC concepts through to commercialisation
Communication and marketing regarding FSS products
- Support the FSS team regarding internal and external communication on FSS products and initiatives.
- Work closely with FSS marketing team to develop marketing and thought leadership campaigns on FSS products.
Business Approval Process and Product Data
- Own the pricing policy and process for FSS globally.
- Responsible for the updates of rack rates for all Product within FSS jointly with relevant Product Managers
- Continuously improve the process and overall end-to-end flow from pricing, to implement, to billing, to realisation of revenue

- Supports the Head, Product Commercialisation in identifying strategic changes and opportunities which contribute to the development of the strategy for the FSS business globally

- Provide training and education of Financing & Securities Services capabilities across the bank

- Proactively solicits feedback from Sales and Business Development, Business Account Management, and Operations teams to assess performance of Product Management teams and relevance/ usefulness of output.

Our Ideal Candidat
- University Graduate - Banking / Finance
- 8+ Years direct relevant experience in the Securities Services industry
- Direct current knowledge of key industry developments, ideally including trends across custody, fund services and Trust
