JOB SUMMARY
Work within the CEE Hive to drive change delivery and implementation across the end-to-end client lifecycle
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Programme Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day aspects of the programme, ensuring its alignment with business strategy & objectives and delivering tangible benefits. You must be a strong communicator who builds trust-based relationships within the team and amongst stakeholders, including, Business and Functional stakeholders, Chief Product Owners / Technology / Hive Leads, from across the Bank to ensure successful, controlled, and timely delivery.
Strategy
• Support CPO, PO and PM execution for CEE Hive ensuring the program deliverables meet strategic goals underpinned by 3 key prioritisation principles: Regulatory, Audit and Business Drivers.
• Define clear objectives, milestones, and deliverables for the CEE Hive CLM Programme.
• Ensure the programme strategy is adaptable to changing business needs and market dynamics.
• Establish and maintain a highly engaged working relationship with shared accountability across businesses/functions.
• Work in partnership with the First and Second line of defence teams to ensure risk appetite is maintained while manual intervention in operational processes is minimised.
• Measure and track financial benefits to ensure accurate planning and alignment to Corporate Plan.
• Development and tracking of productivity metrics to demonstrate improvement of overall performance, risk reduction and business drivers.

Business
• Support the planning, execution, and delivery of the CEE Hive Programme, ensuring it is completed within scope, budget, and timeline and does not deviate strategically from the CLMT goals.
• Drive process re-engineering improvements for change management and governance simplification
• Support CPO, PO and PMs to implement good backlog housekeeping, ensuring demand drivers are captured adequately to support prioritisation justifications or trade-off evaluations.
• Support CPO, PO and PMs with change management duties inclusive of app, UAT and Change Management sign-off’s including deputised support for CPO (backup/delegated cover).
• Collaborate, drive and ideate with the team to deliver better, faster and smarter.
• Playing a critical communications role by interacting with the business users with the technology teams, including supporting the Big Room Planning and LUW activities.
• whilst promoting the successes and journey with our wider stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain a highly engaged working relationship with shared accountability across businesses/functions, collaborating with leaders to ensure successful delivery.
• Ensure we are audit compliant and have good housekeeping across our teams with clear metrics to demonstrate discipline and control with timely risk / issue log management.

Program Manager will work with various team to support development and uplift opportunities so that we can deliver a best-in-class delivery focused team.
• Build and lead a high-performing programme team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the programme team.
• Contribute to process training and skills building initiatives, including the coaching and development of colleagues to support and accelerate the Agile Ways of Working.
Risk Management
Ensure risks to project milestones are highlighted at appropriate forums and appropriate risk frameworks and processes to identify, assess and mitigate program risk is fit for purpose.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting into Governance forums (eg. Quarterly Performance Review (QPR), Programme Steering Committee (PgSC) etc) in line with the banks policies & standards

Our Ideal Candidate
- 12+ years’ of experience in large scale program, project management in financial services, corporate or investment banking.
- Ability to quickly ramp up on new concepts to keep up with the changing environment, deal with uncertainty
- Track record of managing large scale & complex global roll outs
- Highly experienced in financial/budget management
- Demonstrates good understanding of a wide range of elements of the Bank’s business and the customers, industries, and partners with which the Bank is involved.
- Strong commercial acumen, as well as demonstrable experience of understanding relationships between key financial and non-financial business drivers
- Analytical, critical, and creative problem-solving skills with an in-depth understanding of utilizing electronic delivery channels to meet business goals and client needs.
- Effective and persuasive communication both written and spoken, with strong presentation skills.
- Collaboration skills; ability to drive understanding and information exchange across all stakeholders
- Highly experienced on synthesizing data and providing analytics driven insights
- Highly experienced in financial/budget management
- Attention to detail, ability to articulate without ambiguity
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Experience in Agile implementation
- Certifications: PM Accreditation, Product delivery lifecycle experience using agile ways of working (scrum, kanban, lean, etc)
