Job Summary
▪ The incumbent is responsible for providing post trade reconciliation, lifecycle support, reporting and data maintenance.
▪ In order to maintain the highest standard for execution, ensure that all products have the requisite Governance framework; be aware of the various processes as well as adhering to SCB Policies.
▪ Work on developing dealing procedures.
▪ Ensuring compliance with all internal and regulatory requirements.
▪ Maintaining good relationship and to work closely with internal and external stakeholders including the front, middle and back offices.
▪ Providing support to ad hoc projects in relation to specific aspects of desk activities, including system testings.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy
• The incumbent has the responsibility to liaise with multiple stakeholders with focus on providing dealing support functions whilst adhering to compliance and market risk controls pertaining to these related activities.
• A high standard of accuracy is required.
Processes
• Manage FI Trade Settlement for the Wealth management business by interfacing between the FI dealers and the Wealth Operations team.
• Accurately Maintain the Trade Blotter
• Liase with the operations team for managing all trade related matters.
• Provide high standards of RM / Dealer / Client sales and service.
• Ensure all client revenues are tracked and maintained in the trade blotters and other forms of MIS reporting in a timely and accurate manner.

Our Ideal Candidate
• Bachelor’s degree
• 1+ years of hands-on experience in advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables, formulas, and reporting.
• Working knowledge of VBA and macros is an added advantage.
• High Attention to detail
• Ability to work under fast paced environment.
• Prior Experience in a Financial market trading Environment will be a plus.
• Possessing strong personal skills that foster client (both internal and external) interaction.
