Title: Delivery Manager, Project Management

JOB SUMMARY
- Beacon is the end-to-end transformation of the operating model within our Supply Chain Management division.
- This is a strategic programme responsible for reshaping the value proposition of Supply Chain Management encompassing extensive organisation design while optimising the processes for how the bank manages and delivers procure to pay processes across all spend.
- This role will act in support of the Programme Director to govern the Costs and Contra Revenue streams of work. The role holder will have responsibility for all aspects of tracking and risk and issue management to enable successful delivery by the workstream leads.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy
- Understand the revised strategy for Supply Chain Management, aligning with the bank’s overall business and digital transformation strategies
- Support programme delivery in the context of these strategies
Business
- Regularly report on progress, challenges, and successes to senior leadership, ensuring that transformation efforts are on track and delivering expected outcomes.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) ensuring continuous improvement and sustainable performance throughout the transition
Processes
- Support the development of comprehensive change management plans
- Support the communications, training and coaching, to impacted teams to ensure alignment with the new operating model and effective use of new systems and processes.
People & Talent
- Engage constructively across a broad range of cross-functional stakeholders
- Role model the Bank’s Valued Behaviours at all times
- Drive a culture of data driven decision making within the context of the change across the team
Risk Management
- Ensure that the redesigned supply chain operating model complies with all relevant regulatory, risk, and compliance frameworks, including those specific to the banking industry.
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the transformation process, proactively addressing any barriers to successful implementation, escalating where appropriate.
Governance
- Ensure robust tracking and issue resolution across the workstream
- Engage and build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, including IT, finance, risk, compliance, and senior management, to ensure alignment of the delivery with the programme’s broader objectives and regulatory frameworks.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve strategic objectives

Our Ideal Candidate
- Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant subject is desirable.
- Experience 8+ years of experience in a project role, ideally within supply chain management / procurement, change management or SCB.
- Experience in full-scale operating model change
- Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation initiatives, including designing and implementing new operating models, optimizing supply chain / procurement processes, and driving operational excellence.
- Strong experience in managing cross-functional teams and working with senior leadership to drive strategic change.
- Knowledge of supply chain technologies (e.g., ERP systems, automation tools, AI/ML) and industry best practices.
