We’re looking for talented and motivated Polytechnic Graduates to join our Digital Banking Apprenticeship Programme. You will go undertake a 12-month learning journey to support the Digital Sales team in driving online client acquisition and engagement across the Bank’s digital channels. The role offers exposure to campaign execution, funnel analytics, MarTech tools, and performance optimisation in a global banking environment. Our Digital Banking team sits within our Wealth and Retail Banking business.

We’re investing USD $1.5 billion in our Affluent banking business. Our investment focuses on affluent frontline teams, wealth and digital platforms, and client centres, as well as brand and marketing, to drive growth. You’ll join a growing franchise within Standard Chartered Group.
What you’ll be doing
As a Digital Banking Apprentice, you’ll be:
- Assisting in executing digital acquisition and cross-sell campaigns across web, mobile app, and paid media channels.
- Tracking and report sales funnel metrics – impressions, clicks, conversion, cost per acquisition
- Supporting analysis using Adobe Analytics and media dashboards to uncover insights and improve conversion.
- Coordinating with product squads on campaign briefs, creatives, and performance tracking.
- Preparing weekly sales dashboards, performance decks, and learning summaries for cadence reviews.
- Assisting in managing owned media banners and personalised journeys on digital platforms.
About the Apprenticeship Programme
During this learning journey, you will embark on two 6-month long rotations. You will be exposed to different projects and tasks, alongside structured training, mentorship and on-the-job learning. Through the programme, you’ll experience an incredible and varied global learning experience, which include:

Eligibility
We welcome graduates from Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or Communications Polytechnic Diploma disciplines with less than 2 years of working experience. You’ll also:
- Have the permanent legal right to work in Singapore
- Be passionate about digital marketing, data, and sales performance
- Have strong communication and coordination skills
- Have a creative mindset with an eye for detail.
- Be eager to learn and work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Have a basic understanding of marketing funnels, digital analytics, or CRM tools.
- Be proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and comfortable with data visualisation.
- Be familiar with MarTech like Adobe, Google preferred.
- Prior internship experience in marketing, e-commerce, or media agencies is a plus.
