Job Description: 

Job Summary

The Business Intelligence role is responsible to analyse complex and sensitive data sets related to organizational workforce transformation including but not limited to Org Design, AI/SDLC, Center of Excellence and Location Strategy as well as translate to meaningful insights that would aid key management decisions. 
•    Analyse workforce, cost, productivity, and operational data across global locations to support location strategy decisions
•    Develop analytical models and insights to assess cost efficiency, talent availability, and operational performance across different locations.
•    Provide data-driven recommendations on optimal team structures, manager-to-employee ratios, and workforce sizing aligned to business strategy.
•    Support zero-based organizational design (ZBO) initiatives by analysing current organizational structures, including spans, layers, role distribution, and headcount allocation.
•    Translate complex datasets into clear insights and recommendations to support senior leadership in making informed organizational and location strategy decisions.
•    Work with Tableau & automation teams to streamline head-count reporting & management
•    Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, Strategy, and Transformation teams to gather data, validate assumptions, and support decision-making.
•    Support risk assessments related to organisation changes, location strategy, and outsourcing.
•    Implement data controls for HR and headcount data to minimise:
•    Misreporting of FTEs/ HC data 
•    Inconsistent definitions & reporting across domains/regions.
•    Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across all workforce and financial datasets used in the programme.
•    Ensure all artefacts and assurance deliverables are as per the required standards and policies (e.g., SCB Governance Standards etc.).
•    Prepare regular analytics and reporting packs for programme leadership and steering committees, highlighting progress, risks, and key insights.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • 15 years of experience in Workforce, Budget management in Banking Technology.
  • Strong Analytical and Communication Skills
  • Expert in Microsoft Excel and management reporting
  • Ability to analyse data and represent key findings to senior management.
  • Involve in sensitive analysis with respect to Workforce Management.
  • Knowledge on Infra spends and application mapping for Group and Country applications
  • Bachelor's degree
