Job Summary
This role is responsible for leading the Cash Management pricing and billing product agenda globally, with accountability for protecting and growing revenue through effective execution of initiatives, scalable billing capabilities and strong governance. The individual will play a key part in the development of pricing and billing capabilities and strengthen pricing effectiveness through data, controls and scalable processes.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy
The individual is expected to manage at a group wide level:
• Drive pricing and billing product / system enhancement(s) as CPO
• Commercialise billing system capabilities, revenue and data initiatives
• Lead end to end execution of Cash Pricing and Billing initiatives and enhancements from opportunity identification; translate
business requirements, validate business case through to implementation and benefit tracking.
• Partner with cross functional stakeholders (Product, Coverage, Technology, COO, CFCC etc) to grow and protect Cash Management revenue while adhering to strong governance.
Business
Drive the origination and execution of Cash pricing and billing initiatives globally.
• Identify revenue opportunities using data insights.
• Support the execution / remediation of revenue leakages and billing gaps
• Work with country teams to drive repricing, fee rationalisation and monetisation of capabilities.
• Track revenue outcomes and execution progress from initiatives
Commercialise Pricing and Billing system, revenue and data initiatives
• Increase usage and adoption of pricing and billing platforms and revenue management tools across markets.
• Develop enablement materials – e.g. user guidance; broadcast communications, training to support market readiness and consistent execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitive practices and stakeholder feedback to strengthen pricing competitiveness and platform relevance.
Processes
Own and improve pricing and billing processes, controls and operating discipline.
• Identify process and system enhancement with Product, Sales, Coverage and Operations based on client needs, business priorities, control gaps and industry trends.
• Support the continuous development and optimisation of pricing and billing capabilities
• Partner with Tech and Ops teams to streamline the process to improve operational efficiency around pricing and billing workaround
• Work with Partner with Tech and Ops teams to manage and remediate issues

Risk Management
• Proactively address regulatory, reputational, and ethical matters by providing informed guidance to stakeholders and ensuring risks are understood and managed.
• Embed the Group’s values and code of conduct and develop a robust culture to ensure that adherence with the highest standards
of ethics, and compliance with relevant policies, processes and regulations among team members.
• Ensure that Risk Management matters are subject to direct remedial action and/or ensure adequate escalation to Regional /Country Banking Heads and Group/governance committees, as appropriate
Governance
• Assess and strengthen the effectiveness of Group governance, oversight and controls across pricing and billing processes.
• Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role.
• Responsible for delivering ‘effective governance’; capability to challenge fellow executives effectively; and willingness to work with any local regulators in an open and cooperative manner.

Our Ideal Candidate
- University Graduate.
- 8 plus years of banking experience.
- Strong background in TB Cash Management, Product management.
- Preferably with experience in managing product roadmaps, system enhancements, business requirements and cross-functional.
- Implementation / execution across multiple markets.
- Candidates with strong experience working with Tech and Ops with core Cash background are also suitable.
