Job Summary
• Part of the Capital Markets Products and Solutions team (CMPS)
• Manage the New York cash equity market shift.
• Achieve the Direct Access Clients (DACS) team budgets.
• Provide precise and best execution of cash equity trades to DAC clients.
• Provide professional advice with respect equity-related products and trade ideas to both internal and external clients under the DACS platform.
• Monitor DACS clients’ orders.
• Support in execution of equity structured products for the Private Bank after Asian Hours
• Deal with day-to-day administrative tasks in relation to trade input and data requests, etc.
• Perform night, holiday and weekend duties (on a rostered basis) to ensure uninterrupted services to both internal and external clients.
• Ad hoc project work.

Our Ideal Candidate
- 7+ years of seasoned equity specialist to Manage the New York cash equity market shift with strong expertise in cash equities execution, preferably within a global markets or private banking environment.
- Proven ability to deliver best execution and manage high-touch client relationships to Direct Access Clients (DACS).
- Experience in structured products will be a plus as there will be support in execution of equity structured products for the Private Bank after Asian Hours
- Proven ability to deliver best execution and manage high-touch client relationships to sophisticated institutional or direct access clients.
- Demonstrates strong market awareness across US and European equities.
- Highly disciplined in risk, regulatory compliance, and operational accuracy, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment.
- A collaborative professional who can effectively partner with front office stakeholders while maintaining client-centricity and precision.
- RNF and CACS holder is required.
- CMFAS qualifications is required. Paper 1A or 1B, 5, 6, 6A, 8, 8A (RES1B OR RES12B and CM-EIP and CM-SIP or CM-CMP) as well as CACS and FMRP
